Q & W Real Estate Vision is a boutique brokerage that was conceived in 2006 by Kingsley Quan and Lily Wong as a partnership to offer full service real estate needs to not only their sphere of influence but to referrals of friends, family and our network of business associates. Kingsley Quan, President of Q & W Real Estate Vision, was born and raised in Palo Alto, California, where his family roots are still embedded in the community. In 1994, He headed south to San Diego State University where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree as an Aztec in Psychology. During his time in San Diego, he established a sound and lighting business before jumping into the real estate world. Having been a resident of San Diego for over 16 years, he understands the pockets of neighborhoods that make up the geographic area named San Diego. This serves our out of town buyers or sellers well since local knowledge is priceless and valuable.

Lily Wong, Broker of Record, was born in Los Angeles. She moved overseas to Hong Kong, where she learned to speak Cantonese. On to Taipei, Taiwan where she picked up Mandarin Chinese, and on to Santiago, Chile, where she recalls much Spanish and can strike up a casual Spanish conversation. Lily's father was a international businessman that traveled with the family when ever possible. The early exposure of international living has served her business acumen well with diverse groups of people.

Lily Wong, obtained her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology out of Long Beach State University, where she was a Division 1, Big West Conference all-star athlete in Track & Field, and consistently showed up on Dean's list on numerous semesters. She took an opportunity after graduation to teach English to businessmen and graduate students in Hong Kong while enhancing her Cantonese language skills.

After a year in Hong Kong, Lily returned to San Diego to obtain her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership at San Diego State University. Go Aztecs! The opportunity to be a crew member on American Airlines presented itself. During this time, she joined the Air National Guard on Channel Island in the 115th Squadron, hoping for a pilot position. After September 11, 2001, we changed as a nation and her focus also changed.

Real Estate has been a goal and focal point since college and helping someone find the right home seemed fitting and grounded her. In 2002, Lily Wong, charged full steam ahead and committed to real estate full time. She was picked up as a team member with private reputable builders such as John Laing Homes as their sales consultant, and one of the largest builders in the nation, www.Lennar.com, a Fortune 500 company, also requested Lily as one of their key member on the team at Bressi Ranch in Carlsbad. At the time, Bressi Ranch was one of the largest, most ambitious project Lennar was a part of to date. With 8 communities, over 750 homes sold and a creative way to increase living spaces, Lily gained unprecedented, valuable knowledge being part of the San Diego Division as one of the lead Sales Consultant.

With experiences from some of the most admired builders, Lily Wong built her reputation experiences from these companies while building her own clientele base. She hopes to share what she has learned and pass the value on to clients.
